We want you to feel confident shopping with your hair bestie. If your order isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, bundles must be:
- Unused and unworn
- Unopened from their protective packaging
- Unraveled
- Uncut
- Uncolored
- Unwashed
- Unaltered in any way
For hygiene and quality reasons, hair that has been opened, unraveled, worn, installed, colored, cut, washed, or otherwise altered cannot be returned or resold and is considered final sale.
Free Return Shipping
Eligible returns include free return shipping, so you won’t have to pay return shipping fees.
No Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees on eligible returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
Something not right? Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right.
