We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your order under the following conditions:
- Returns accepted: within 14 days of delivery
- Condition required: bundles must be unused, unopened from their protective packaging, and not unraveled, cut, colored, or altered in any way — this is for hygiene and quality reasons, since hair that's been tried on or unwrapped can't be resold
- Free return shipping: we cover the cost — no return shipping fees
- No restocking fees: return with confidence — we never charge restocking fees
If your bundle has been unraveled, worn, or altered, it's considered final sale and can't be returned or exchanged. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us right away and we'll make it right.
