Because each order is sourced fresh and made just for you (not pulled from a mass-produced stockpile), please allow:
- Sourcing & preparation: up to 10 business days
- Wash & inspection: 1 business day
- Delivery via UPS: 1–5 business days, depending on your location
Total: up to 2-3 weeks from order to doorstep.
We know that sounds like a while — that's the tradeoff for hair that's washed, inspected, and quality-checked by hand rather than rushed out the door. Many orders arrive sooner than this, and when they do, we'll let you know the moment your bundle ships. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it's on the way.

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your order under the following conditions:
- Returns accepted: within 14 days of delivery
- Condition required: bundles must be unused, unopened from their protective packaging, and not unraveled, cut, colored, or altered in any way — this is for hygiene and quality reasons, since hair that's been tried on or unwrapped can't be resold
- Free return shipping: we cover the cost — no return shipping fees
- No restocking fees: return with confidence — we never charge restocking fees
If your bundle has been unraveled, worn, or altered, it's considered final sale and can't be returned or exchanged. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us right away and we'll make it right.
